Jason Parks, President and Owner
Jason Parks is the founder and original employee of Complete Auto Glass.
Jason became interested in windshield repair and replacement in the early 1990's, when his truck window was smashed by thieves while he was working at Lands' End in Dodgeville, WI. He called a local replacement company and was so fascinated by the process that he applied for a job with that company and was in training as an installer 2 weeks later.
Jason is a Certified Master Installer with the National Glass Association (NGA) and has been doing glass work for over 16 years.
Jason lives with his wife, Lori and their two children Austin and April. When he isn't working on vehicles, he enjoys camping, hunting, riding 4-wheelers, golfing and traveling.
Steve Parks, Auto Glass Installer
Steve began his career with Complete Auto Glass™ in February of 2004. Not only is he an asset to our team, Steve is Jason's father and has been interested in Jason's career since it began.
Steve specializes in providing state-of-the-art rock chip repair service and mirror replacements on all vehicle types.
Steve lives with his wife, Henrietta. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, bowling, hunting and making people laugh.
Dean O'Dell, Auto Glass Installer
Dean began his career with Complete Auto Glass™ in April of 2005. He served as a Manager with another Auto Glass company in the Madison area prior to beginning his career with us.
Dean is a Certified Master Installer with the National Glass Association (NGA) and specializes in cutting flat glass and large vehicle/equipment glass replacement.
Dean lives with his wife, Robin and has two children and five grandchildren. When he isn't at work, Dean enjoys building coy ponds, camping, and spending quality time with his family.
Lori Parks, Vice-President and Office Manager
Lori began working at Complete Auto Glass in February of 2003 along side her husband, Jason Parks.
In addition to general office duties, Lori specializes in finding the best product at the best price and passing those savings onto you. She is extremely organized and enjoys scheduling your service and chatting with you on the phone or at our Verona office.
Lori lives with her husband, Jason and their two kids Austin and April. When she isn't at work, Lori enjoys spending time with her kids, planning events, raising money for local charities, volleyball, travel and scrapbooking.
