After working for a large Auto Glass replacement company in the Madison area for over 10 years, we decided that all too often the emphasis was to make money instead of "make the customer happy." With a background in Customer Service, that just didn't seem right. We decided something needed to change.

So, in February of 2003, COMPLETE AUTO GLASS was founded. We are a Family Owned and Operated business with a commitment to providing outstanding service with a friendly attitude. Our installers each average 10 years of Auto Glass experience and are committed to providing you with our outstanding service.

We offer a complete warranty against leaks, glass defects and workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. If your windshield (chip) repair cracks at any time while you own your vehicle, we will subtract the cost of the windshield repair from your windshield replacement cost.
